1. Grapes
\nThis cuvée is made from 100% Chardonnay, a varietal that thrives in the cool, temperate climate of the Île-de-France region. The grapes are organically farmed and hand-harvested to ensure optimal ripeness and quality.

2. Terroir and Soils
\nThe vines are planted on gentle slopes in the Seine-et-Marne area, benefiting from excellent exposure and drainage. The soils are composed primarily of limestone and clay, contributing both freshness and minerality to the wine. This unique terroir gives the Chardonnay a bright, elegant profile with fine tension.

3. Winemaking
\nVinified with a minimalist approach to highlight the natural expression of the fruit and terroir. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged on fine lees for several months to enhance texture and aromatic complexity, without the use of oak. Bottled unfiltered, with minimal sulfur added.
